This Louis the 15th castle is in perfect condition and dominates a charming village in the Bessin region, a few miles from Bayeux and the sea. Nestled in the heart of a wooded park of 14 hectares, in a calm and serene place, it has important outbuildings and a heated swimming pool.

Built around 1735, the house is elegantly classicist. The two facades are ordered and surmounted by a triangular pediment. Parquet floors, woodwork, moldings, fireplaces and overmantels adorn the 520 m2 of living space. The rooms are all light and bright thanks to large windows, an eastern or western aspect, and a high ceiling (up to 4 meters approximately).

The floor-plan meets current expectations. The first level includes a vestibule, two living rooms, a paneled library, a dining room adjoining a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a master suite consisting in a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the second level, a long corridor leads to five bedrooms, each with a en-suite bathroom.
