We compile the sales file by gathering all the necessary documents. We make a quality photographic report, a 3D virtual tour, a floor plan and a detailed description.
To sell your property in the best conditions, we give it optimal visibility on the market: display in our window in the center of Bayeux (*), choice of the most suitable real estate portals, exposure on social networks.
Your property also benefits from international visibility thanks to our bilingual French/English website. This is an important aspect in our highly touristic region. We report our actions and visits. We take care of the negotiations with the buyer, draft the preliminary contract, check the payment of the deposit, purge the withdrawal period (S.R.U. law) and check the lifting of the conditions precedent. We assist you during the signature of the authentic deed at the notary’s office.
All these services are included in our fees of 5% including VAT of the sale price. No amount is due to us before the transaction is completed.
