Our History
Normandie Privilège capitalizes on a long experience. The agency was launched in 2019 by Jérôme Renaud. A former student of Sciences-Po Paris, passionate about history, art and photography, he has devoted himself since 1990 to real estate.
Jérôme Renaud has chosen to locate Normandie Privilège in the historic centre of Bayeux. From this privileged location, the agency covers the Bessin region and more broadly the Calvados and Manche departments.

Our rates (valid from 01/01/2022)

5% inclusive of tax of the sale price, to be paid by the buyer (unless specified otherwise), with a minimum amount fixed at €5,000 inclusive of tax.
No amount is due to us before the transaction is completed.
Our fees include all taxes at the current VAT rate (20%).

At the expense of the tenant:
